Bulk fuel treatment that delivers results!
As a fleet operator or large diesel user, you’ll undoubtedly have an ongoing interest in keeping your operating costs under control. A quality bulk fuel treatment is one of the most effective ways to do it. At Cost Effective Maintenance, we can help by offering proven cost-reduction initiatives. Many bulk fuel users are seeing first-hand that even though the diesel being delivered is high quality, they are still having long-term maintenance problems.
Independently DT80-tested to deliver a 4.7% fuel efficiency improvement — and just 20L treats 90,000L of diesel.
The cost of replacing parts due to excessive carbon and soot build-up is becoming an ever-increasing yearly expense. Replacing injectors, turbos, DPF filters, EGRs and dealing with engine blow-by becomes a huge cost — and can ultimately be avoided with CEM’s Premium Fuel Treatment.
Why Use a Bulk Fuel Treatment?
This specifically designed fuel conditioner has proven its effectiveness in large-scale mining for over 30 years, treating bulk fuel sites with specially blended fuel treatments to get the best possible results in fuel savings and cost reductions.
Premium Fuel Treatment provides total fuel coverage, reduces running costs and removes the need for any other fuel additives. Just 20L treats 90,000L of diesel. This bulk fuel treatment is added directly to the fuel storage tanks when refuelling, and works as a:
- Biocide — fuel bug and algae killer
- Injector cleaner
- Engine decarboniser
- Turbo and DPF cleaner
- Diesel smoke reducer
- Blow-by reducer
- Lubricity booster
- Anti-rust & anti-corrosion protection
Premium Diesel Is the Ultimate Bulk Fuel Treatment
Cost Effective Maintenance may be the only company to successfully demonstrate a diesel efficiency benefit conducted by an independent, federal-government-certified testing authority, using a recognised Australian Standard procedure.
We contracted the Brisbane City Council Emissions Testing Centre at Eagle Farm to conduct the DT80 Test on an “as new” motor vehicle, both treated and untreated with our products. (The DT80 Test is the Australian Standard, and the only government-approved test for diesel engine performance. It simulates city driving cycles under controlled conditions.)
The DT80 Test results confirmed a 4.7% improvement in fuel efficiency. Analysis of the raw data also confirmed a 7.8% benefit under the 80km/h cruise component of the test. These results highlight an important opportunity to realise significant savings in fleet fuel costs. You can view the government-approved test results here.
