How To Use – Cooltech Concentrate
Cooltech Concentrate must be diluted before use.
Step 1 – Drain Cooling System
- Ensure engine is completely cool before opening the radiator.
- Drain radiator and engine block fully.
- If contaminated, flush system with clean water.
Step 2 – Dilution
- Mix Cooltech Concentrate with clean, good quality water.
- Recommended mix: 50% Cooltech / 50% water.
- This provides freeze protection to approximately -34°C and optimal anti-boil performance.
Important: Do not mix with other coolant formulations.
Step 3 – Refill System
- Slowly refill radiator and overflow reservoir.
- Start engine and allow it to reach operating temperature.
- Check for air pockets and top up if required.
Maintenance
- Check coolant level regularly.
- Replace as per manufacturer service intervals (up to 5 years depending on conditions).
Safety Information
- Contains ethylene glycol.
- Harmful if swallowed.
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
- Keep out of reach of children.
