Cooltech RTU OAT Long Life Coolant – Ready To Use

Cooltech RTU (Ready To Use) is a premium heavy-duty Organic Additive Technology (OAT) coolant formulated to provide long-lasting protection for modern automotive and diesel cooling systems.

Pre-mixed for convenience, Cooltech RTU eliminates dilution errors and delivers consistent anti-freeze and anti-boil performance in passenger vehicles, commercial fleets and industrial engines.

Usage Instructions

  • Ensure engine is cool before servicing.
  • Drain radiator and engine block completely.
  • Flush system if switching coolant types.
  • Refill directly with Cooltech RTU.
  • Run engine to operating temperature and recheck level.

How To Use – Cooltech RTU OAT Long Life Coolant

Step 1 – Allow Engine to Cool

  • Ensure engine is completely cool before opening the radiator cap.
  • Never open a hot cooling system.

Step 2 – Drain Cooling System

  • Drain radiator and engine block completely.
  • Drain overflow reservoir.
  • If switching coolant types, flush system with clean water.

Step 3 – Refill

  • Pour Cooltech RTU directly into radiator.
  • No dilution required.
  • Fill overflow reservoir to correct level.

Step 4 – Run & Check

  • Start engine and allow it to reach operating temperature.
  • Turn heater on to circulate coolant.
  • After cooling, recheck coolant level and top up if required.
