Description
The Diesel Stop Smoke Pack is a three-product diesel smoke fix: CRD Fuel Enhancer and FTC Decarbonizer go in the fuel tank, Flushing Oil Concentrate goes in the engine oil. Together they clean injectors, burn off carbon and glaze, free stuck oil rings and restore compression — tackling the three causes of diesel exhaust smoke at once. Suitable for all diesel engines, with a satisfaction guarantee.
Smoke is a symptom, not the disease. A diesel smokes because fuel is not burning cleanly, carbon has built up, or oil is getting past the rings. The stop diesel smoke pack treats all three causes, so you fix the problem instead of masking it.
It works in two places. In the fuel, CRD Fuel Enhancer cleans the injectors and restores their spray pattern, while FTC Decarbonizer burns hard carbon and glaze out of the combustion chamber, turbo and DPF. In addition, Flushing Oil Concentrate in the oil removes sludge and frees stuck rings, so compression comes back and oil stops reaching the exhaust. As a result, the smoke clears and power and economy return.
Use the stop diesel smoke pack when you see:
- Black smoke under load (poor combustion, dirty injectors)
- Blue smoke, especially at start-up (oil past the rings)
- White smoke, hard starting or rough idle
- Lost power, rising fuel use, or DPF warnings
Each product is added at routine refuels or oil changes, so there is no downtime. Because it treats causes rather than symptoms, the stop diesel smoke pack is often the difference between a clean-running engine and an unnecessary rebuild. Pair it with our diesel smoke guide to read what the colour of your smoke is telling you.

Frequently asked questions
Which product goes where?
CRD Fuel Enhancer and FTC Decarbonizer go in the diesel tank at each fill. Flushing Oil Concentrate goes in the engine oil at an oil change — see the Instructions tab for rates.
Will it fix blue smoke?
Blue smoke is oil getting past the rings. Flushing Oil Concentrate frees stuck oil rings and restores compression, which is what stops it; the two fuel products clean up the combustion side. Badly worn rings are a mechanical fault the pack can’t reverse.
How soon does the smoke clear?
Most owners see a change within the first one or two tanks of treated fuel and the first oil flush. Heavily carboned engines may take a second treatment. Results vary with the cause and condition of the engine.
Which smoke colour means what?
Black is unburnt fuel (dirty injectors, poor combustion); blue is oil; white is unburnt or misfiring fuel, often cold. Our diesel smoke guide explains each in detail.

How to use the Diesel Stop Smoke Pack
Two products go in the fuel tank, one goes in the engine oil. Add them at your next refuel and oil change — no downtime.
In the fuel tank
- CRD Fuel Enhancer: 10mL per 80L of diesel — one 250mL bottle treats 2,000L. Add at each fill.
- FTC Decarbonizer: 1L treats 1,600L of diesel (1:1600). Use a double dose — 1L to 800L — for the first treatment, then the regular dose at each fill.
In the engine oil
- Flushing Oil Concentrate: drain the old oil hot, refill with fresh (cheap) oil, add 125mL per 10L of oil capacity, run at a fast idle for 30 minutes, then drain and refill with good oil and a new filter. After that, a small keep-clean dose (about 15mL for a Hilux) in the old oil before each change keeps it clean.
Full directions, dosage charts and safety data sheets are on each product’s own page.

Frank Podesta –
All of these products changed how my 200 series runs. I started using the CRD Enhancer and Decarboniser just before a trip from Tassie to Perth and all around the Kimberley and every tank I filled up and put more additive in I noticed my injectors were quieter and quieter, the engines power delivery was more linear and my fuel economy improved. I have been using them ever since and the 200 runs better now at 98,000ks than when I bought it at 56,000ks. I will not fill a tank without using them and I tell everyone I know with a diesel to use them too, I swear by the stuff.
Mathew Pullinger –
I’ve only just started using these products
My friend referred them to me personally he has been using on some of his trucks and farm machinery
I’ll let you know how it goes
